Interviews are an essential part of the recruitment process. It's all about getting to know the candidate as well as possible in order to know if he or she corresponds to your expectations. It is a delicate exercise, which may require some preparation.
This template offers you two things:
- A list of questions to ask the candidate, by category. These are classic and general questions that cover a wide range of topics. It is up to you to modify or add to them to best suit the candidate and your offer.
- A scoring table that allows you to automatically calculate the score of the interview. Assign a score out of 10 to each category to obtain the average. You can of course (and are encouraged to) modify these categories.
This template is adaptable for all professions and can be reused endlessly. Read it once, adapt it and improve it for each recruitment: you will soon be conducting the best interviews in your company.
